❖TERMS OF SERVICE❖

PRICE REVIEW WILL BE ON THE NEXT PAGEGeneral Rule
✦ You can only request one commission at a time. There will be a two-month cool-down.
✦ Be respectful. Any ill-intent behavior will not be tolerated.
✦ I reserve the right to deny any commissions, even those that do not necessarily violate the rules.
✦ I reserve the right to make some changes if necessary.
✦ You should not be vague about what you prefer. Be very specific and descriptively clear. Please provide clean references and conceptual sketches of what you want.
✦ If there is a due date, let me know ahead of time. I require at least a month in advance for due dates.Payment
✦ I accept payment only through PayPal and would prefer it done in USD
✦ Full payment is expected before I begin working on your request. Commissions are not activated until payment has been made.
✦ Be prepared to pay when I have agreed to take your request. I will reach out to you via Gmail.
✦ Payment should be received within 24 hours of confirmation. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled, and a person will replace your position.
✦ No refunds once the sketch has been started. Refunds only occur if I have not gone past the line arts for a significant amount of time or if I have not started your commission.
✦ There will be some changes if the price drops for some pieces (those with a starting price).
✦ If you try to dispute or chargeback without speaking to me first, you will be blacklisted from future commissions immediately. I also have the right to report you for scamming activity publicly.Process & Workflow
✦ Commissions are first come, first served.
✦ I will send WIPs on the progress of your piece (lineart, sketch, and colors). No changes after the final draft was confirmed.
✦ High frequency and unnecessary revision changes may add up to the cost.
✦ Changes will only occur if it's something I initially missed on your form.
✦ For my paleo-arts, I will only utilize and reference up-to-date scientific reconstructions. I won't accept fictional reference material if you commissioned me to draw paleoart.
✦ You may also send preliminary sketches of your own.Will Draw

✦ If you need to rethink due to budget, don't hold back.
✦ The price of the artwork is derived from the time, effort, and complexity. Some commissions have a starting price.
✦ Extremely complex designs, large group portraits, or unconventional requests that I approved may have an additional fee depending on the time and complexity involved.
✦ You may request a Priority Fee if you have a set deadline. Ensure that you are fully paid before requesting a priority fee.Communication
✦ All communications should be taken in Gmail unless other arrangements are made.
✦ WIPs and the finished artwork will be delivered via Gmail. I only send JPG & PNG.
✦ Most of my commissions take at most around 3 weeks. Turnaround is flexible depending on the queue, the complexity of the commission, and my schedule. Unless you requested a priority fee, I can not guarantee hard deadlines. (I am a full-time student!)Usage Policy
✦ You are not allowed to use my art to promote hateful material, events, or anything political.
✦ You are not allowed to use your commission to reproduce, resell, or derive any profit from the artwork in any form (ex. prints, products, digital media).
✦ For all commercial use commissions, please let me know beforehand. (ex. promoting on Website, Twitch, Thumbnails, etc.) Commercial fees worth at most $300.
✦ I retain the right and ownership of every piece I created. This includes displaying the artwork on my portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
✦ You may use your own commissioned piece for personal purposes (ex. profile pictures, online galleries), but remember to credit me when you post online.
✦ You may make some subtle edits (ex. filters, crops), but any full-scale edits and redraws must be cleared with me and may cost an extra fee.
✦ My artwork may NOT be used for NFTs, AI-training data, or blockchain projects.Commission Submission
✦ Google Forms: I do not turn off the responses for the form, as Google has disabled the ability to turn the responses back on for forms that had been shut down for a prolonged period. Requests that are submitted on dates when the title of the form states [CLOSED] (I keep photographic evidence) will be declined.
✦ Emails: I do accept email requests too. But please pay attention to the dates. Requests that are sent on dates when I indicated commissions are closed will not be accepted.Email Request Template (MUST FOLLOW)
